Show Details

  1.  The Show will be held at “Elmore”, High Road, Chipstead, CR5 3SB
  2. Access to the grounds will be available from 8.00 am on the day of the show. All sites should be set up and cars removed to the car park by 11.00 am. 
  3. The grounds open to the public at 12.30 pm and the Show continues until prize giving at 4.30 pm. Stall holders are responsible for clearing their own sites and access for cars for loading will be available from 5.00 pm
  4. For setting up there will be the usual one-way system in operation to avoid congestion. Further details and a map will be sent to you nearer the time.
  5. The pitches provided will accommodate a 3m x 3m gazebo. Larger pitches are available on request and will be priced accordingly.
  6. Tables are available for hire and are approximately 1.8 m x 0.75m
    Charges:       £40 per pitch
                           £15 per table
  1. The Committee will not be responsible for any accident arising from any cause whatsoever to any person assisting, exhibiting, or visiting the show, or for any loss or damage howsoever caused to the property of any person.
  2. No polystyrene to be used.
  3. Closing date for applications Friday 7th July 2023.
  4. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any application.
